Press release from the City of Gilroy: January 06, 2021 Testing continues to be one of the most important tools in the fight against COVID-19. Free testing is available for anyone without symptoms at the following locations: OptumServe at Gilroy Civic Center 7351 Church Street (between 6th and 7th Street) Friday through Tuesday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM By appointment only: call 1-888-634-1123 or visit lhi.care/covidtesting South County Annex (formerly Antonio del Buono Elementary) 9300 Wren Avenue Monday through Friday, January 4 - January 8, 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM Walk-in testing In order to facilitate the testing process and reduce waiting times, staff may distribute wristbands that will correspond to specific testing time windows. When patients receive a wristband, they may be asked to return during their assigned testing window. Once all wristbands have been handed out, the testing site can no longer take additional patients for the day.
