Looking for a salaried cleaning supervisor. Someone who will be available 24/7 to supply accounts, inspect, fill in for employees who quit or get fired, train new employees and even solicit for new business on occasion. Ideally this person will have had experience working with some of the bigger cleaning companies in town. Our unique niche is with accounts that pay between $3000 and $10,000 per month. We will provide a gas allowance and pay for a company cell phone. But the person we hire needs to answer that phone any time of day 24/7 except for on pre-arranged days off.
