Rehoming blue male pitbull

I have to rehome my blue male pitbull, he is 3 years old and not fixed, he is up to date on shots but the lady that I got him from never gave me his papers, he is good with other dogs, I am not sure about cats however, we are getting kicked out on the 3rd of November so trying to go to Arkansas where my family lives, he does have a 50 dollar rehoming fee to make sure he goes to a good home. I can not leave him here as the people we live with will shoot him or put him down, he will come with his harness and leash and Fido alert tag.
