Join our team if you: * have a valid CA drivers license, and are insurable by our Company Insurance (to drive Company truck(s) while working), * can communicate clearly in English, and can hand write/fill in your timesheet (daily, submitted weekly), * are detail oriented, * follow-through with tasks and projects, * like to and want to learn, grow, improve, be worth more, * are team-oriented, and while can work independently, you work well in a team, * are able to perform the required physical tasks (bend, stoop, kneel, pick up 50 pounds, raise arms over head), * are punctual, and reliable and are proactive in communicating when life's issues come up. SCHEDULE: Monday through Thursday, 0700-1730. we work 10 hour days, 4 days a week. Friday-Sunday is free/for you. You don't have to have specific landscape experience (installation, construction, digging, planting, irrigating, stonework, walls, flagstone, etc.), but you do have to have a positive attitude, enjoy coming to work and sharing in teamwork, and are willing and able to work hard. If you have experience with stonework, flagstone, irrigation installation/troubleshooting/programming, planting, etc., than you are worth more and will be paid more. If you do not have these experience, but you want to learn AND are a quick learner, you will be paid more as you grow. We support Family.
