Seeking a "fourth" ....in an Americana/Roots project

We are a local gigging band. Some originals. Lots of covers. Clever covers and fun, fun music. We have some originals. We are about music. Not weddings. Sorry. We gig about three to four times a month. We need a fourth person. Solid rhythm guitar or awesome mandolin chop with good leads. We are about people and family. This is important. Don't call me unless you have time to dedicate one day a week to practice and two to three nights a week for gigs. We play out and around often and need to add one to our very tight knit group. No drugs. Not excess alcohol. This is not a part time or sometime gig. We are looking for a good fit for our group.
