Hello! We are an LA-based catering team who is in desperate (!!) need of a few extra staff members for a 3-day wedding weekend THIS WEEKEND from Thursday 10/20 - Saturday 10/22. Below is all the information for each position, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR ALL SHIFTS/DAYS. Thank you! KITCHEN Catering Chef - needed Friday 10/21 2pm-11pm, and Saturday 10/22 10am-4pm Must have event, restaurant, or high volume experience; will be helping to prep + cook, plate appetizers and family style dinner. Bonus points if you can work a taco grill (but not a deal breaker!) $25/hr. (+ tips at client's discretion) paid directly via Venmo/Zelle Prep Chef + Dishwasher - needed Thursday 10/20 4pm-10pm, Friday 10/21 2pm-11pm, and Saturday 10/22 10am-4pm Experience with pop-up/build out kitchens huge plus; will be helping with simple prep and staying on top of dishes throughout the day $20/hr. (+ tips at client's discretion) paid directly via Venmo/Zelle SERVICE Server - needed Thursday 10/20 4pm-11pm, Friday 4pm-11pm, and Saturday 12pm-3pm MUST be a team player, have an easy going/chill/good to be around vibe (our team is a tight knit crew and a good work environment is a priority), have event or restaurant experience, be proactive, and most importantly have a high sense of hospitality as our guests are of #1 importance. $25/hr. (+ tips at client's discretion) paid directly via Venmo/Zelle -Thursday is a Welcome Dinner for 100pp with a simple Mediterranean buffet with all disposables. You will simply be bussing those and keeping the buffet full. -Friday is the wedding reception for 130pp. You will be tray passing appetizers/cocktails, serving family style dinner, bussing family style dinner platters + plates + glassware, and doing basic/general event upkeep. -Saturday is a pool party for 95pp. There will be a self serve bar and taco buffet. with only disposables. You will be bussing disposables, keeping the buffet full, and helping to pack up at the end of the event.
