Hi! We would like to evaluate how folks are able to handle, use, and maintain our hearing aid devices. We are always striving to provide devices that are easy to handle and use. With your help, we hope to gain a better understanding of the usability of our devices. If you are interested in participating in our usability study, here is what you can expect: The study will take place in our San Jose, CA headquarters. During the study, we will ask you questions related to the product labeling and product use instructions. We will also ask you to perform some simple tasks involving actual devices. We only want to observe how you interact with the product labeling/instructions and devices. The study session will take between an hour (60 min) to an hour and a half (90 min). This includes going over study instructions, informed consent, and answering any questions you may have about the study. You will be compensated $75 at the end of the study session in the form of an Amazon gift card.
