Can you remodel a small house?

I'm a house flipper and I'm in need of someone to demo and rehab a small house in Lawrenceburg. It's about 1000 square feet. The house has good bones. Electrical and plumbing appear to be good. Roof is only 4 years old and metal. Mostly walls, ceilings, and flooring needs done. Besides that, cosmetically making the house look nice too. I will pay for the dumpster. I would prefer a contractor or someone who can manage the whole rehab, but if you can only perform a part of this - like just demo or just carpentry, please feel free to still apply. If you are familiar with everything I'm needing done, I will take you to look at the house. I have a good budget for this and I don't mess around. If you can do the work, I'll tell you my full budget number and you can keep anything leftover. I used to do this full time but I've gotten busy with other work.
