Are you looking for exercise, a way to get out of the house and do some good in coastal fresh air? Pulling weeds (bring gloves!), wheelbarrowing stuff around, sculpting 4' wide beds, collecting seeds, planting and tons more. If you are handy with tools, there are lots of projects on the farm's honey do list. Do you like veggies and want organic nutrient rich produce, free? Lots of seedlings to dig up and take home for your patio pots and garden, too if you want. Not to mention, my farm is a birder paradise with horses, coyotes and wildcats around. Oh and an entertaining clowder, so sorry, dogs are not invited. Bring your picnic and gardening gloves and let's beat the weeds back and plant some veg for the cooler months approaching. We're preparing for a photo shoot to put the farm on the map, too. If you own a weed eater with blade (string will work in some areas) or lawn mower, they will be most useful, too. Limited tools on site, so if you can fit your shovel, hoe, loppers, trowel, etc in your vehicle, you'll be ahead of the game. There's tons of hand weeding and wheelbarrowing weeds to the compost, so no worries if you don't have tools.
