Experienced musicians seeking backing vocalist with keys or guitar abilities to complete a new modern rock band lineup. The band is female-fronted and the songs range from light to heavy (with most being radio-friendly) so far. REQUIREMENTS - Ability to harmonize and sing on pitch. - Ability to play keys or guitar. - Ability to write and having recording experience is preferred. - Studio (or other) recorded samples featuring your voice and playing (please include links or MP3s in your reply). - Reliable transportation and equipment, and located within (or within a reasonable distance of) Metro Detroit. - Be able to set aside one day per week to rehearse (though some weeks won't be necessary). WHAT TO EXPECT - Recording - Videos - Professional image (quality recordings, video, professional website, photography, fliers, etc) - Will be seeking radio play and press. - Mindset of less frequent (but larger or well-planned) shows. Will be seeking a variety of types, including national support. - Our ages are in the 30-50 range. Everyone in the band has done all of the above. Serious inquiries only.
