This is a position that will alternate between doing steel work in a workshop and assembly work in the field as structures are built. We mainly build heavy steel structures that house solar panels but you will get the opportunity to do all fields of work as we have a few side products we are developing as time goes. We offer competitive pay (23+ currently) to employees who have been with us for a year or more of which most all do. This will come with the opportunities to learn electrical and welding as a certified trade. We work a 4-10 schedule which means we work Monday through Thursday at 10 hour a day. Generally this is 7AM-5:30PM but that varies once in a while. The requirements are pretty standard: -Must be able to lift heavy stuff but nothing crazy -Must be able to be safe in a workshop environment -No drug or alcohol use on company time -Be able to follow directions -Be able to make it to work on time
