Mickelsen Marble locally owned and operated since 1972 here in Idaho Falls are looking to hire a couple dependable, motivated individuals to assist in cultured marble fabrication and granite fabrication. We offer paid training as you learn to help prep cultured marble and granite for installation; Preparing the marble for installation would consist of being in the shop buffing panels and moving panels around throughout the day to grind, buff, and polish the cultured marble with a paid 30 min lunch. Granite prep will require a mask fitness evaluation (this ensures your healthy enough to wear a respirator) the work will be mostly shop work learning to polish and edge material safely. Learning to safely move the material around the shop and loading on A frames when done helping install some of the bigger pieces we team lift and carry. Includes paid 30 min lunch. Work week will consist of M-F 8-10 hour days Saturdays and Sundays off Paychecks are weekly paid on Fridays Major holidays off 30 min lunch and breaks Starting wage of $13-$14 an hour depending on experience and attitude.
