JAS Duluth LLC apartment management company is looking to hire a maintenance tech. Duties would include an extreme variety of skilled repairs/improvements, along with painting, cleaning, mowing, snow removal, etc. This is a M-F 8-5 full-time position with rotating on-call duties. Pay is $20/hr with 2 weeks vacation and 1 week sick time per year. 401k available after 1 year. Applicants must be able to pass background check, have their own vehicle and driver's license. The right applicant would be reliable, punctual, and have good communication skills. We are willing to train some areas, but require a strong aptitude to the line of work.
