We are a fast-paced Series A startup growing our team of dynamic builders, tech-enthusiasts, and compassionate professionals on a mission to deploy AI-powered robotic solutions that make supply chain operations more human-friendly and efficient. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Robot Operator Lead to join our team. In this role you will be a strong and dependable support to warehouse robotic operations and systems at our sites. This position is temporary and full-time, with the potential for full time employment. In this role, you will: Work alongside Ambi Robotics AmbiSort systems to sort packages based upon shipping destinations to prepare them for delivery by either gaylord, sack, or palletizing using a handheld mobile device Monitor AmbiSort parcel sorting robots through intuitive user interfaces and signaling to: Remove empty mail bins and replace them with mail bins that are full of parcels Roll out and clear full mail sacks from robotic systems and load them onto gaylords via a handheld mobile device Monitor robotic system for errors and clear as needed Consistently monitor system productivity and report if experiencing perceived issues Induct packages into the system and identify any special handling needed Train other warehouse staff on the AmbiSort systems as needed Perform all additional duties as required for optimal performance You are a good fit if you are: Comfortable with innovative technologies and excited to work alongside the industries most advanced AI-powered robotic parcel sorting systems An individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment Hard-working and a vital contributor to a company’s success in meeting productivity standards and customer satisfaction ratings Job Qualifications: The ability to work 40 hours, Monday through Friday The ability to lift 25 lbs on a consistent basis The ability to monitor notifications provided by the robot user-interface Enthusiasm to understand computer systems and engage with user-dashboards Experienced operating equipment and/or working in a specialist role - preferred Prior parcel, fulfillment, warehouse or equivalent experience - preferred Ambi Robotics is an equal-opportunity employer.
