Found Sweet kitten!

Found! 4-6 week old adorable "Feral?" kitten! We found her trapped between a fence and a fallen log behind our apt. She looks to be between 4-6 weeks old. Very scared, cold and spicy! She was brought in because it's gonna be cold, we don't know if the feral cats outside might be her mama, there was one large fluffy black cat that was staring at her but no one came to help her. She's current inside my apt, being fed water down dry food (for adult cats) but I think she may be a special needs kitten? I can't afford to keep her (I have to many as is!) She loves my dog!
