Day Porter/Cleanup Person *Porter/Janitorial services at numerous Austin Commercial Properties *Pickup/Sweep up parking lot and around center and blow courtyards and sidewalks as necessary. *Empty garbage cans, dispose of liners, put new liners in receptacles, wipe down lids, etc… *Clean restrooms at three centers *Pickup around dumpsters when necessary *Other duties and tasks to be described during interview *MUST speak English and have a cellphone for taking pics and to send and receive texts. * A Truck, SUV or Van is required. * Valid Texas Drivers License and proof of insurance required * Early starting time necessary….around 6:00 am * Normal starting point will be in Central Austin * This job is a CONTRACT LABOR POSITION. You are responsible for paying your own withholding of income taxes * Typical hours are from 6:00 am to 11:30 am on M/W/F and 6:00 am till 10:30 on Tue/Thur. * The work times can vary, but if you get through earlier, you are done for the day! * EXCELLENT PAY, paid each week on Friday. Get paid like a full timer while only working 26-28 hours per week. * Monthly bonus for time/days worked, paid at the end of the month. * Additional work available if you are willing to do it….again, with excellent additional pay. * Daily routine will consist of 6-8 centers on each day with M/W/F being the longer days. * You will be expected to work in rain or inclement weather. * All equipment (except for vehicle), supplies, etc… will be provided. * TxTag costs will be paid for by company (up to $50 per month) *Reply to this ad with a resume, work history, etc… *NOTE: A background check will be required.
