Install temporary catalytic converter in Prius

Description

Need a mechanic who has experience welding and installing a catalytic converter in a 2015 Prius. My catalytic converter was stolen and our auto shop and Toyota dealership said they are back ordered until SUMMER of 2023!! I am a single Mom with no other transportation. There are several non-compliant converters available on EBay etc so I am looking for someone to install one of these temporarily so I can care for my kids and get to work.
