Installworxs.com Installworxs, we have two locations in TX that require 2 to3 techs. at each. We are looking to get these projects done between these dates. 10/19-10/21 (Two of these three days for the below locations) Urgent Vet -Katy 6920 South Fry Road Suite C Katy, TX 77494 Urgent Vet – Clear Lake/Webster 931 West Bay Area Boulevard Webster, TX 77092 SOW: Washer/dryer install and Artwork hang. I’ve attached the artwork directive for each location (one for Katy, TX and the one for Clear lake, TX), and the washer/dryer install outline is below. Washer/Dryer Install: Confirm proper utility connections are provided Ensure electrical outlet for dryer (dryers we have been ordering require a NEMA 14-30 receptacle). Let JLL and GC know if incorrect outlet is installed. Ensure power cord provided for dryer is correct (again, NEMA 14-30) Ensure standard duplex out provided for washer Ensure wall box for water/drainage of washer is provided Receive and unbox washer and dryer Properly connect washer and dryer to power/water/drainage utilities Properly and fully install lint trap. Stack washer and dryer using provided stacking kit for structural support (I believe the washer and dryer still need the stacking kit installed at East Cobb) Ensure washer and dryer function properly and are appropriately recessed in the nook. Run one cycle of the washer/dryer to insure it is functioning properly before leaving For Artwork Install: All hardware is included in the shipment All artwork to be hung on drywall surface Tools/Equipment Required: Drills Hand tools Levels Tape measure Step ladder
