Tyler Collin - found your item!

I’m trying to find a person (I’m assuming a UO student) named Tyler Collin to return a very sentimental item that I found of theirs! I know that it belongs to them because their name is on the item, but the address under their name is not located nearby. I cannot find any social media for Tyler, so if you know them, please tell them that I found their belonging! This is my second posting to try to locate the owner. (Because of the item’s sentimentality, I don’t quite trust Eugene police to hold onto it)
