Gristmill Builders is looking for a Equipment Operator with experience - CDL license preferred. Ideal candidate has carpentry experience. We are a reputable building company specializing in high end homes looking for employees that are forward-thinking, detail-oriented. Individuals must be able to lift more than 50 lbs, climb on & around equipment and be on their feet for up to 8 hours a day. Candidates need to organized, reliable, possess good communication skills and be motivated. The ability to be effective as part of a team is necessary for the position.
