7 months old looking for forever home

Scottish Terrier and Japanese Terrier Mix. Born in March (about 7 months old). Around 17 pounds. Very high energy, loving, good with other dogs. Unsure if ok with cats, but they seem to have a high drive to chase other animals so probably not. Love to bark to "play". Crate trained, but love to sleep in bed if allowed. Love water. House trained, but do get distracted (they are puppies) so need to be walked on a leash until they go. They also need to be let out every 2 to 4 hours (they are growing and have small bladders!) Fixed. Up-to-date on all vaccinations, flea, and heartworm medications. Newby is male. Dipsy is female. Will require meet and greet before making final decision. We want the best home for them.
