Hey. Was browsing the handbags near the dressing room area. Was impossible not to hear the employees chatting amongst themselves. You, an employee, told another employee that the girl who had just gone into the dressing room with a garment was NOT cool enough for the garment. Then you went on to complain that all the “little girls” who came in trying to be cool were annoying. Seems like she liked it, and wanted to try it on? How dare she? This is a Crossroads ma’am. Where did you think you were working? Trust me, I’ve worked in the service industry for a long time, I get it. I’ve said awful things about customers who have wronged me behind the safety of the kitchen door. The thing is, what you said felt cruel and unprovoked. Plus, me, another customer heard you. The whole thing left an awful taste in my mouth. What’s worse is that my friend had an issue with something at the register and the employee working the register had to call YOU to come fix it, so it appears you may be some kind of shift leader or manager. Idk man. I hope you see this because it sure sucked of you.
