My husband and I have lost 85 pounds so far since May and what to help others to do the same and more importantly get healthy.
I am offering a weekly 2 hour class for four weeks, Thursday evenings 6:00pm-8:00pm, for up to 5 people at a time, who want help getting started. New classes will be starting each month. Day classes may even be available. Let me know what days work best for you.
