This includes: a video walkthrough and detailed pictures rooms, bathrooms, common areas, outside, underneath, axles, wheels, hitch, damages, porches, serial numbers, tags, sticker with manufacturer info in utility closet. Additionally, change the locks and install a lockbox on the home. Lockbox and new lock expenses will be reimbursed.
