Anyone know where to find available artist space?

Hi, I am looking for studio space in the metro Boston area, Somerville, Watertown, Allston, and Dedham areas. Does anyone have thoughts on places to look? Please feel free to share what you know. People are saying there are spaces out there for artists but, I am not seeing anything. My basic requirements are 9 feet plus ceilings and say a 15 x 20 space. Thanks!
