General Labor Contractor (3-4 member crew) needed for 2-` day project: (Pittsburgh, PA) compensation: To be discussed employment type: contract We are currently seeking for a general contractor (2-3 member crew) to perform an outdoor custom installation in Pittsburgh, PA. Installation will take 2-3 Days during a week in end of October / early November 2022. Position is contract-to-hire, with possible other short-term contracts to come. Installers will be working outdoors. All project specifications to be provided by us. General requirements will need to: - assemble components according to specifications - install components - use hand and power tools - perform some light lifting 30-75 lbs General contractor : - to provide labor service only - has the appropriate tools (concrete drill for small holes, ladder, laser level, battery-operated drills, wrenches) for the period of the contract. - be fully insured as a subcontractor Responsibilities: - Install to our exact specifications. - Meet project deadline. Successful Candidates will: - Be a skilled general contractor. - Possess experience. - Possess own tools. - Be a professional. - Be passionate! - Be positive! - Be able to work independently! - Be able to read drawings and complete project to exact requirements.
