ALL POSITIONS MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS • AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE WITH COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE • Reliable Transportation to and from work. • Must be able to use a wheelbarrow & basic tools (shovel, rake, pick, etc.) • Knowledge of chainsaw use, and safety required • Must be able to traverse various terrains. • Must be able to lift, move and maneuver heavy weights up to 75 lbs. on an infrequent basis, but up to 35 pounds on a frequent basis. • Must have endurance necessary to perform these duties throughout a standard eight- or ten-hour day. • Working in the high Arizona desert heat where temperatures could get as high as 120 degrees. • Must be able to clear employment requirements with E-Verify * • Must be able to electronically sign timecard through ADP CONSTRUCTION CREW SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION (starting at 19.00 + drive time) The Construction Crew Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation of landscape projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable and enjoys creative problem solving using a multidisciplinary skill set. Qualifications specific to Crew Supervisor Lead: • 2 years’ experience in landscape maintenance PLUS PLUS • Arizona Driver License and clean MVR record, insurable • Knowledge of basic hand and power tools, backhoe, skid steer, trencher, masonry, landscaping, and other basic construction knowledge is required. • Ability to read and interpret basic property maps • Ability to report/update in real-time via electronic tablet work order Responsibilities include: • Orchestrating all activities on a jobsite to maximize productivity • Reading conceptual plans and construction details • Executing installation plan to fulfill design intent while meeting client satisfaction • Utilizing strong communication skills with fellow employees, project managers, and clients • Maintaining organization, both on the job site and at the shop, including materials and shared tools • Keeping accurate and thorough electronic records via IFSM • Performing physical work including hauling, lifting, and digging • Performing skilled work such as carpentry, masonry, low voltage lighting, and irrigation • Managing job site safety including regular tailgate meetings, assessing potential risks to both employees and bystanders as job site conditions change • Performing all work to industry and/or ABC Scapes, Inc standards, demonstrating a high level of quality and craftsmanship CONSTRUCTION CREW MEMBER JOB DESCRIPTION (starting at $16.00) Responsibilities of the Construction Crew Member • Perform assigned tasks in the field (including but not limited to) • Using hand and/or power tools or equipment to perform a wide range of landscape and irrigation duties • Laying sod • Installing Hardscape • Planting • Plant/Tree Removal • Watering • Fertilizing • Digging • Raking • Installing sprinklers • Make sure the work is completed safely and timely • Ensure all work meets quality and productivity expectations • Proper use and care of the equipment they use at the job site • Knowledge of basic hand and power tools and all landscaping tools Paid vacations, paid holidays, uniforms provided.
