United States Cold Storage Forklift Operator FULL-TIME $19.75/hr 1727 J P Hennessy Drive, La Vergne, TN 37086 Job Description: This position utilizes a high reach stand-up forklift. The operator is trained to properly move product through the warehouse from dock, into storage locations, picking orders, and shipping. These movements will be performed using a high reach stand up forklift, pallet jack, other warehouse equipment and RF gun devices. Duties: Load, Unload, put away, pick orders, while working in a safe and clean environment. Job Details: Team Orientated work well with others Work Safely and efficiently following all company safety directives Good Depth perception is required to operate Stand Up Double Reach Trucks. Ability to follow directions per the Company /Plant (SOP’S) Standard Operating Procedures. Operating PIT’s (Powered Industrial Trucks) in temperatures ranging from +38° to -5° F Order Selecting using RF computers mounted on PIT’s. Able to operate PIT working overhead (approx. 35’) for pallet placement of customer goods. Ability to maintain production standards per the plant directives.
