Found Small older black Dog

Found him wandering near 7th st trafficway in Armourdale on Sept 16. He's fairly old and a bit slow but very happy and sweet. All black with a little gray on face. Blue collar and flea collar. I've posted signs, posted on many sites, and have been knocking on doors but haven't found the owner. Hoping to reunite them. Text or call *note: should someone claim him I will have some additional questions to confirm ownership.
