Cooke is a well-established, blues-influenced pop and rock band based in Austin, seeking a guitarist or keys player to help round out our sound. We're sometimes compared to Black Keys or Arctic Monkeys, while we also play some straight blues in addition to original songs. We generally play quality venues and are currently in the studio completing an upcoming EP with accomplished producers. The '4th member' we're seeking would bring color and tone to broaden and deepen our sonic identity, adding texture to well written originals. Some lead/solo work may also be available in this role.
