I am a professional home remodeler in search of a bilingual skilled worker. My Spanish is very limited but I am learning. We are seeking employees (not sub-contractors). This candidate *must have the following qualities: 1a) familiar large and small format tile patterns 1b) knowledgable on setting materials for various applications 1c) knowledgable on tile lashing and leveling systems 1d) proficient in measuring, cutting, and fitting with precision 2) speak some Spanish 3) quick tempo and willing to work hard 4) is willing to learn 5) is punctual/shows up on time 6) reliable truck or van for transportation The following list of qualities would be nice but not absolutely necessary: 1) some experience with light plumbing / electrical 2) possesses wet saw Pay: $20-30 depending on experience and equipment If you are seeking to grow in skill and compensation, call us / send us a text message / send us an email!
