Looking for a handyman to keep outside areas of commercial office complex clean and well maintained. Duties to include clearing trash and debris from in front of building and parking areas, keep dumpster area clean, check lights and replace bulbs as needed, periodic cleaning of facades/eaves and stairwells. Other small general maintenance as needed.
