HI there I am a small business owner. MONTANA CINCHA. We make mohair cinches and girths for tack stores all across the country. It is myself and one other worker. I SERIOUSLY take care of my employees. In 10 yrs I have had 2 employees. My current employee, she will be moving in a few months and needing someone to start to train for when she leaves. There are some skills that will need to be learned, so that they can be easily done without the aide of help from another employee, for when she leaves. the training process will last approx 90 days at $13 per hr and at the end of 90 days there will be a VERY substantial RAISE. It is a VERY laid back working environment. You can come to work in your pajamas if you like...lol. I am an employer that will allow your child to come to work with you if there is no school that day. Making Cinches and girths will be what you are doing. On a loom( no experience needed) and minimal work on a sewing machine. Work Mon-Thurs 32 hours per week 8-4:30.
