Great family dog-good home

I have a wonderful family dog to a good home only. I am a senior and moving into a small apt. and sadly cannot take my dog. She weighs about 30 lbs., utd on shots and Bravecto for fleas, etc. Her vets are at North Fork Clinic. She is spayed and house broken. She loves people and all she wants to do is please. She loves cat's and gets along with all dogs and especially loves to play with kids. I will only let her go to a good home. If you are interested in visiting her let me know. I have attached pics, they aren't very good.
