Rate $35/hour Location: San Francisco, California Job: Cleaning Personal Assistant to a marketing agency executive Description: Come once a week in person for 4-5 hours (preferably Tuesdays) and occasionally come other days when there is a film shoot. In addition, do virtual tasks for 4-5 hours a week (optional but needed). Total time - Approximately 8-10 hours per week (starting) In-Person Tasks (priority and very much needed) A. Cleaning: 1. Clean the kitchen, clean her room / living room 2. We do have professional cleaners come 2x a month so you don’t need to do a full house clean (e.g. you won’t need to do bathrooms or detailed clean) 3. Break down recycling 4. Plant Care 5. We have tons of plants and I’m not great with them so we're looking for someone who is good with plants (knowing watering levels, moving them to more/less light as needed, etc) 6. Laundry B. Home Organization: 1. Ordering items and restocking when they run low 2. Closet organization 3. Tidying in general C. Pet Care (pet hamster): 1. 1x a week clean his litter box: occasionally when we're out of town (a few times a year), come by to feed him D. Car tasks (let me know if you have a car) E. Make returns, buy items (I’ll give you a credit card), pickup/drop off, occasionally drive me to/from shoots F. Ordering items: 1. Order items to your house (is your place safe to receive packages?) and then unbox them and bring them when you come in person G. Virtual Tasks (optional, but needed): 1. For virtual tasks, would like a response within a few hours during business hours 2. Schedule appointments, sign NDAs, transcribe, help with research (She runs a marketing agency) Please reply with your resume (and / or simply a nice letter of your experience in the email).
