We will teach you how to clean or restore these floors and more: Carpets, vinyl, rubber, plastic, wood, cork, lineoleum, ceramic, porcelian, quarry, saltillo, marble, granite, concrete, epoxy, terrazzo & other aggregates, and more... We also do other specialty cleaning: Pressure cleaning, window cleaning, construction cleanup, high-level dusting, and more... Every day is different, each job is different. Don't be bored! See the results of your own work and go home with pride. Looking for technicians. Will provide training as necessary. Part time & Full Time Available. MUST BE MOTIVATED, RELIABLE, HARD WORKING, AND HAVE RETENTION. This is a hard job with good pay and a great team. If you don't pull your weight, your coworkers will ask that you be fired. MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: Hard worker Reliable transportation & valid / clean driving record Flexible Schedule (or set availability) Clean criminal record, and can pass background check Team-player Able & willing to further education & training to earn raises Able & willing to handle managing subordinates Fluent in reading & writing English Able & willing to follow instructions & company policies Lives within 30 minutes of Sanford, FL Physical requirements include, but not limited to: standing, sitting, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, lifting (could exceed 50 lbs.), reaching, and driving. Pay starts at $18.50. Proven experience on the jobsite may result in immediate raises. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL OF THE QUALIFICATIONS. Bonus pay: Signing bonus (180 day retention) Performance bonuses given to whole team regularly for well done work on larger jobs All work performed from one location (work truck taken to jobsites).
