Come help us make the season brighter! We are a hard-working but fun crew of light installers. No experience is required but it can be a plus! You just need to have a good work ethic, be drug-free, have a great attitude, and be comfortable with heights! - The Company - Edyson Lighting Design (formerly Dallas Christmas Lights) has been a lighting and decor company for 15 years and operates mostly in the Park Cities/North Dallas area! We offer quality services and top-of-the-line products. - The Position - 1. Installing Christmas lights on residential and commercial properties. 2. Much of the time will be spent on ladders and roofs. 3. We wrap trees with lights, install lights on houses and commercial buildings, and install wreaths and garlands as well. 4. This is full-time seasonal work and we are looking for those who are looking for a lot of hours. 5. We work 6 days a week (always Sundays off) from 8 am to about 6 Monday through Saturday! (Some part-time positions are available.) Location - We meet in North Dallas and ride together in company trucks -The Pay and Benefits - 1. We pay $20 and up per hour. Pay is based on skill and we will gladly pay more for those who are sharp know how to get things done. 2. The first 2 days on the job are interview training and pay is at $18 per hr. 3. We provide a great lunch every day on our dime. We care about our people! -Why work with us? - 1. This is a great way to make seasonal money while having a great time. 2. Torchy’s Tuesday, Pei Wei paydays, and so on. - Crew Leaders - 1. Those who catch on fast and are skilled on the roofs can become crew leaders and get paid more. 2. Crew leaders must have a valid DL and a clean driving record. 3. They also must be one of the fastest and hardest workers on the crews and lead out by being able to do everything faster as well as help to keep the fun atmosphere with everyone else. - How to apply - Follow this link Fill out the application. We do have a dress code. We work on roofs and ladders so jeans and a good pair of shoes are necessary. We also wear provided safety vests. No visible profanity on hats and pants must be solid-colored jeans or work pants with no large rips or holes. A professional look is always required. We also have a code of conduct (no smoking on jobs or loud cursing while on-site). We want to have fun, so if you have trouble getting along with others, don't waste your time.
