Cleaning and Vacancy Turnover Professional Wanted

I manage a number of properties throughout the Philadelphia area. Many are rented through PHA (section 8). I am hoping to find a professional-level cleaner who can also perform maintenance tasks to prepare a unit for rental. All my properties are residential, mostly 2-3 bedroom townhouses. Some of the desired skills include: - Professional cleaning - Wall repair and painting - Shower grout/caulk (clean, professional work only!) - Minor plumbing / electric repairs Please let me know any and all skills you have. We have work available throughout the year. I will request pictures of prior work.
