A young student on limited budget has a 2010 Mustang convertible that is not passing smog. Mechanics have already replaced O2 sensors and have charged him more than he can afford. Now they say he needs a new ECU. I'm looking for someone who can help diagnose and replace the ECU (if really needed). He'll buy the parts but is afraid of throwing more college funds away. He's on a limited budget. I'm a neighbor trying to help him go away to college soon.
