Our home daycare in Del Cerro is seeking a full time childcare assistant to come in Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm. No prior experience working in preschool or daycare is required, although at least some previous experience volunteering or interacting with children may be helpful. The ideal person would be someone who is reliable to come on a regular basis, a responsible person, and someone who can be kind and patient with young children while also being able to offer guidance and direction to them as needed. Job duties include supervising children during play time, cleanup after meals, diapering, being present during nap time, occasional meal prep, reading a story and assisting with simple art projects.
