We have a room for rent 450 a month everything is included electric, cable, water, heat, fully furnished upstairs but you would have to do your own dishes you would also have to go to the laundry mat because we've had this washer and dryer for years and there is still not a problem with them and we would like to keep it like that. We are not picky we are just wanting to keep the place clean and no broken stuff because stuff is very hard to come by plus it's getting more expensive. You would have to have a job cause we can't allow people in here who has disability because I'm on it and I think that is it. This is Lafayette Indiana 47904
