Mobile Temporary Services is assisting a Houston area recycling company. This company is hiring a full-time assistant supervisor and forklift operator to contribute to their vision for the city's environment. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring proper recycling processing for Harris County. This is a good opportunity for someone looking to grow. Type: Long Term Location: Near I-10 & Wayside Schedule: Training: Mon-Fri 6a-6p and Sat 6a-3p Regular: Mon-Fri 6a-2p and Sat 7a-3p *Opportunity for overtime Pay: $18/hr. Responsibilities: Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures. Attend safety meetings and participate in safety programs. Perform daily inspections on equipment reporting any defects or needed repairs to the supervisor. Move material using the forklift and front-end loader. Assist the supervisor lead the yard crew. Accompany the supervisor in attending Ti-Tech meetings. Requirements: Computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be able to present COVID-19 vaccination card. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Able to constantly lift 25-70 lbs. Able to work in inclement weather.
