If you enjoy meeting people and have an interest in cars, you may enjoy this career. To do this job you will need to have excellent customer service skills. You will also need good communication skills and a basic understanding of vehicle types. Most importantly, this job is for one who loves to do sales (Up sells, Coverage, GPS, Roadside) JOB DESCRIPTION Greet customers as they arrive. Deal with customer inquiries about the availability and rental cost of vehicles. Make reservations and explain the terms of rental or leasing agreements. Help customers over the counter in Rental Process. Check mileage and inspect for damage when vehicles are returned. Handle customers questions or complaints and work to resolve overdue car rentals. Work aggressively to achieve and maintain sales goals. Using effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service options. Prepare vehicles for the customers while maintaining quality and customer service standards. Perform pickup and drop off service for customers. SKILLS 1-2 years’ experience in Car Rental or Car Leasing industry is preferred but not required. Sales/Customer Service experience of other industry is also welcome. Ability to use effective sales techniques. Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers. Good organizational skills. Ability to present a professional, enthusiastic attitude through effective communication skills to promote a positive impression to customers. Ability to recognize the opportunity to present upgrades to customers. Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions. Ability to recognize the opportunity to present Counter Products to customers. Pay at $15/hr. Willing to accept and agree to semi-monthly Schedule. This job comes with about 20 - 30 Hrs per week and requires flexible working hours from candidate. Qualifications: * Must be willing to accept a pay of $15 per hour * Must be at least 18 years old * Must have a valid drivers license * Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. * Must be able to understand, read, write or speak English * Must be willing to accept a part time position working up to 30 hours each week. * Must be willing to accept compensation on a semi-monthly schedule. * Must be interested in permanent part time employment, not ideal for candidates seeking temporary employment * Apart from religious observation candidates must be able to work A VALID DRIVING LICENSE WITH A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD IS A MUST.
