Tilly Time Designs is a painting and wallpaper installation company that has a mission of uplifting women by hiring them from disadvantaged situations and teaching them skills including, painting, project management and sales. I am seeking an apprentice who wants to be involved with helping to build this vision. No experience professionally painting is necessary, but experience in any kind of painting will be helpful. Job requires that you have your own vehicle for transportation, the ability to lift heavy objects (5 gallon buckets). Have a good attitude and be coachable/willing to learn. Have a good work ethic. Training starts at $18/hour. Labor starts at $20/ hour for the first year, and goes up a dollar each year. Commission for sales is added once you start selling. It is dependent on the gross profit and pays between 6% and 10% with an average job size of $4k.
