Hi there! We're seeking a few awesome personalities to join our team as Events & PR Coordinators. If you're looking for a part-time opportunity with a great company and even better people we'd love to meet you. This is a people centric opportunity and it will require positivity and a fun personality in a creative agency environment. Flexible schedule varies with opportunities available Monday - Sunday ****MUST APPLY WITH A HEADSHOT OR FUN WORK PHOTO TO BE CONSIDERED.**** OVERALL ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES -Full service event coordination and party planing for small gatherings -Greeting guests -Food service set-up and management. -Light cleaning -Event Set-up and Breakdown -Event hosting and vendor management -Some Tavel may be required -Some shopping may be required -Ability to manage event budgets and deliverables -Ability to attend industry events with networking -Ability to maintain and grow client relationships for the purpose of optimum sales -Ability to decorate and oversee all elements for event REQUIREMENTS -Must have reliable transportation. -Professional and polished demeanor. -Experience in banquet service, hospitality, weddings, etc.. preferred but not required. - A keen eye for detail and decor -An interest in luxury real estate and high end service -Knowledge of floral design, event management, set-up, breakdown, vendor logistics. -Must be proficient in Google, APPLE, and Time Management Software -A working knowledge of Canva, Instagram, and LinkedIn are preferred. -Ability to lift 50 lbs. -Always prompt and timely. -Day, weekend and evening opportunities available Our agency has immediate opoortunities and look forward to meeting you!
