Looking for dependable honest individual for general maintenance of vacant hunting property near Copemish. Position is on as needed basis and may only be 3-4 occasions per year. Work may include clearing downed trees, weed control/growth and removal and whatever else might be necessary. Access to or own a chainsaw and brush hog or heavy mower would be preferred. Basically looking for a caretaker for property I can only visit a half dozen times per year. Would like a long term arrangement. Cash work on an as needed basis. Will currently pay $18.00 per hour or lump sum per job based on agreed results. I will only respond to emails.
