We are looking for a skilled technician. Pay is between $15-$25 depending on skills and experience. • Maintaining and preserving three apartment communities ensuring a quality living experience for our residents • Utilizing your advanced troubleshooting and technical skills to identify and resolve technical issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, carpentry • Developing a strong rapport with residents and assisting them with resolving various general maintenance issues (appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall, etc.) in a timely manner • Assisting the Supervisor with preparing makeready schedules and walking and punching all makeready units to ensure they are in top condition and ready to lease to prospective residents
