Opportunities are available in the apartment industry throughout the Columbia, SC area! Do you have construction or renovation experience? Do you have maintenance skills? The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, strong work ethics and dependable. Some of the duties & expectations are but not limited to: • Must have own basic tools to complete assigned tasks • Complete and troubleshoot common apartment service requests • Light plumbing & electrical experience preferred • Change/repair light bulbs, locks • Must be able to install and repair appliances • Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair • Ability to perform pressure washing, groundskeeping, leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots • Pick up trash/debris and maintain a clean facility/grounds including cleaning pet station areas • Delivering office correspondence to residents’ doors • Help with any additional responsibilities/projects assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager Must be available Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm.
