CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — DeAndre Price, who is accused of aggravated murder, was taken into custody in University Heights on Tuesday.
Price, 26, was wanted by Cleveland Heights police in connection to an aggravated murder. He was found by police after a domestic disturbance on Tullamore Road.
At 11:45 a.m., someone called 911 and hung up. Officers tracked the call to a home on Tullamore Road and found a man and woman arguing at the house. When the couple spotted police, the man took off running.
Police said the woman, a 26-year-old University Heights resident, had minor facial injuries. She asked for a restraining order against the man, police said.
Officers identified the man as Price and searched the area. Cleveland Heights and Shaker Heights police helped comb neighborhoods.
Price was then taken into custody and turned over to Cleveland Heights police. Law enforcement is considering domestic violence charges against Price, police officials said on Facebook.
