Join Mystic at the Oregon Birth and Wellness center every Saturday of November between 9-10am for some soothing Pre-natal yoga that will help ease your mind, prepare you for labor and bring you peace throughout your journey. All trimesters are welcome! $25 per class, 4 class pass for $80 If you arrive a few minutes late, please don’t stress. The first introduction to practice is simply showing up and I applaud you for that! Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns! Please bring your own mat, straps, blocks, bolsters and/or pillows. Feel free to reach out if anything is needed to be borrowed!
